You can tell it is Sunday because the snow is not blowing sideways at 40 mph. It is clear and 30 degrees at 5:30 AM and the last wind gust was 6. Get up and find your other ski sock.

To close to call, but GO
A few inches of snow and the wind is to slow way down soon. The road was not plowed at 4 AM but I am sure they are after it by now.
It might be a bit of winter at first but looking at NOAA by 10 it should be worth the effort to ski.
