WHY WE SKY ANTI GALA FUNDRAISER EVENT

Trade the tux and heels for hiking shoes and mountain views on August 9th for Sky Tavern’s Why We Sky ANTI GALA!

This will NOT be your typical gala fundraising event. Join us for a vibrant, high-energy celebration of Sky Tavern's mission: To provide outdoor recreation for all, and the belief that access to outdoor recreation is NOT a dream!

Set against a stunning mountain backdrop, our event mixes live music — including a feature concert — with food and drinks, scenic chairlift rides, mountain biking, various outdoor activities, and much, much more all day.

Rally with us on August 9th as we break traditions and barriers to support Sky Tavern’s mission of outdoor recreation for all.

DATE & TIME:

SATURDAY, AUGUST 9, 2025. 12 PM-9 PM.

PURCHASE TICKETS HERE. Tickets are LIMITED and must be purchased online in advance.

Come for an hour or stay all night! This party is what you make it.

LOCATION:

SKY TAVERN: 21130 SKY TAVERN ROAD, RENO, NV 89511

VENDORS:

FOOD TRUCKS, MOBILE BAR SERVICE, & LOCAL ART, PLUS GEAR, APPAREL, AND ACCESSORIES.

ACTIVITIES:

• Live music in the base area, including a feature concert
• Ride the lift to the "Summit Sip", have a drink of your choice, and play some fun games. Feel free to hike down or ride the lift. You pick!
• Mountain biking, featuring trails for all skill levels. High Five will be closed for hiking.
• Zip line at Project Discovery, our leadership training ropes course
• Local art from artists at the Generator, Reno's Local Community Makerspace, which provides art all over town and at Burning Man
• Fun activities for adults and kids of all ages
