WINTER RETURNS

Welcome to the Weekend Update! Thanks for doing those snow dances. They paid off. We received lots of fresh snow Thursday night!

This weekend looks chilly but sunny. Dress in layers, and please drive carefully. Don't forget that helmets must be worn when strapped into skis and snowboards, and don't forget your pass!

A women's clinic will be held on Saturday afternoon.

This weekend's Super Bowl lunch special is a patty melt.

WHY WE SKY

EPISODE 1

We’re proud to drop the first episode of our Why We Sky video short series presented by Reno Orthopedic Center (roc).

Each episode follows unique stories and individuals across our Junior Ski program, reflecting Sky Tavern’s five values: Fun, Climb Your Mountain, Integrity, Explore, and Family First. It only made sense that FUN should be the first story because we wouldn't be doing this if we weren’t having fun! The uncontrollable smiles and laughter are most recognizable in our SkyKids program, where ages 4-6 learn the foundation of skiing and riding techniques.

Stay tuned for more episodes this season, and if you see us on the mountain, tell us why you Sky!
