Wow, winter is finally in our snowcat’s rearview, and Sky Tavern is thawing back to a bike park. Despite rumors of the contrary, summer still goes! Although we still have a few feet of snow to go too, there’s so much to be excited about. AND…it’s National Trails Day!
So, as we prepare to trade our snow shovels for spades and McLeods, we’ll have our own trails day on the longest day of the year! Join us at our Summer Solstice Dig Day for a fun trail work session at 5 pm on June 21.
We’ll officially put tires to dirt on July 8 as we welcome all, young and old, 26er and 29er, e-bike and strider, to our Summer of Shred Kickoff Party. Come up for shuttles, food, refreshments, and vendors, and hear all about our new bike programs and trail plans, including our Riders in the Sky clinics for youth and women! One-up your buddies this summer by learning from the best coaches around. Or if you’re a good friend, you’ll invite them along. Clinic registration will go live on our website soon. Also in the works are our Thursday evening social rides that will get you pumped for the weekend, or in case the boss is reading this your employees are guaranteed to be more productive on Fridays!
