Yesterday I rolled the dice to say the skiing was going to be good at 10 am when at 5 am it was a wind-blown disaster outside. Today is easy.

It is as good as Sierra winter gets. Winds are at 1mph currently and the last gust was four hours ago at 4 mph. Saying all this hopefully won't jinx it!

Please listen to the lift operators. They have been given instructions on how we want lifts loaded. And if you are riding Webster or Rocco please, load one at a time and get on after the person in front has passed the cone. Also, please remain standing and poles in one hand until you get off. Those operators are giving up their time for you and your kids.
